A tribute to a time when the Silurian Sea covered the Great Lakes region, this milk stout is brewed with dark and chocolate malts, whole vanilla beans and lactose sugar. Rich and creamy with a velvety mouthfeel and notes of vanilla, chocolate and coffee.

Light and sessionable farmhouse ale brewed with wheat and oats. Hopped exclusively with American-grown Equinox hops for apple, melon, papaya and pepper notes. We keep it small, so you’re still coherent after an afternoon in the tap room.

This pale ale’s farmhouse yeast strain produces flavors of white wine and lime and can be traced back to a small village in Norway. Bold notes of mango, pineapple, grapefruit and lemon from a big dry hop addition of Citra and Azacca.
